i loved NYC

We went on a sporadic trip to New York. It was fantastic. I seriously loved every minute. Here are a few things that I loved.

We really did have a fun adventure. I love seeing different parts of the world. I can't wait to go to Venezuela, and Iceland (My parents are there on a LDS mission), and Europe. I really do want to travel to as many places as I can. As of right now were working on going to one (two if we are lucky) fantastic place(s) a year. Sounds lovely to me!

sandwich

The other day (February 26th.) I woke up realizing that things were a little crazy. We had moved everything into my Mom and Dad's basement the night before, and we slept the night on the futon. So things were a little different than normal. I was happy to be moved, and excited that it was a friday. I needed to bring a lunch since on FRIDAY at work we can eat our lunch at our desk, and continue to work... then we get to leave an hour early. So I wanted to make sure I had my lunch. I hurried and got ready, grabbed some stuff so that I could make a sandwich at work, then tossed it in my bag and out the door I went.
I got to work and found, I didn't put any meat in my bag for my sandwich. Well, what to do?

I just went without any meat.

Lucky... I had put some yummy cheese in my bag... it made it all the better. I was surprised at how much I liked it.

And to go along with this post a picture of my desk. My boss assigns us a COLOR and we use it to mark our project lists, and keep track of stuff. Can you guess what color mine is?

We used my wedding dress in a photo shoot for a book cover.
If you don't know... I work for Covenant Communications as a graphic designer. It's a super fun job!
